We have a very special insurance program specifically designed to insure the property, crime and general liability exposures of the office or home based Disc Jockey operation.

This plan covers Disc Jockeys, Photographers, Videographers, and Wedding Planners. Prices start at just $175/year!

INSURANCE PROGRAM

BAOA offers a very comprehensive Liability and Equipment Insurance package to all paid members. It is underwritten by one of America's largest insurance companies. The policy is written by Commercial Brokerage Insurance who has been successfully providing quality dj insurance for the past seven years with no policy increases. In fact, this year the rates went down and the coverage went up!! The BAOA insurance package only requires a paid membership on our site. Once you are a paid member of the Association and you request insurance coverage you will be set up with a free Bronze membership with WEDJ.com

Total cost for Liability Insurance starts at just $175/year* which includes:

* Liability Coverage up to $1,000,000 (this will satisfy even Long Island and New York Metro requirements)

* Coverage available for Disc Jockeys, Photographers, Videographers, and Wedding Planners

* Very affordable equipment insurance with very few exclusions.

* Same-day coverage in most cases

* Proof of Insurance provided instantly and even faxed to a reception center when necessary

Master WEDJ.com liability policy with each member as an individual insured member,

LIMITS APPLY TO EACH MEMBER

· Liability limits $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate

· $1,000,000 products & completed operations aggregate

· $1,000,000 personal & advertising injury.

· $50,000 Damage to rented premises

· $5,000 medical expense carve out

· $250 deductible for property damage

· First system $175, each add’l system $60

· Covers you for sums that you become legally obligated to pay as a result of bodily injury or property damage arising out of your business operation

· Premises owners & venues can be added as additional insured

· First 25 certificates are free a flat fee will be negotiated for more than the 1st 25

PROGRAM NOT AVAILABLE FOR BROKERS EQUIPMENT COVERAGE · Master WEDJ.com Inland Marine policy with each member as an individual insured LIMITS APPLY TO EACH MEMBER · Coverage is for equipment, related accessories and music libraries while on or off your premises. Risks of direct physical loss, except those causes of loss specifically excluded are covered · Valuation is on a replacement cost basis with no co-insurance · DEDUCTIBLE: $250 per loss · Theft is not covered unless there is a sign or indication of forced entry.
