Correspondence: U.S. citizens taking “closed-loop” cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, passport card, an enhanced driver’s license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. If a cruise begins and ends in different U.S. ports or begins and ends in a foreign port (such as our 2008 Alaska cruises and Hawaii cruises) a valid passport or other WHTI-compliant document is required. A valid passport is required if you are traveling on any of our Europe cruises. All other non US citizens must have a passport for air, land and sea travel. For more information, please visit us at www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/New_Passport_Requirement.aspx Guest Changes:Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines’ discretion. Alternatively, Your Time Dining allows you to dine at your leisure in the Main Dining room anytime between 5.45 PM and 9.30 PM. Guests are seated on a first come, first served depending on party size. Pagers are provided if all tables are occupied so they may relax elsewhere on the ship until their table is ready. Due to limited number of large table availability, parties greater than 10 guests may need to be accommodated at different tables. Your Time dining will roll out throughout 2009 and 2010. Minors Groups:Minors are considered anyone under the age of 21. Guests under the age of 21 must travel with their parent, grandparent or court-appointed legal guardian in either: the same stateroom, stateroom side by side, staterooms directly facing each other across the hall.
