DESSERT TOPPINGS
ICE CREAM TOPPER - CHOCOLATE CRACKLE SAUCE
Spoon it over ice cream and it hardens.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons - 1 bar -butter
1 cup finely chopped pecans
4 ounces grated chocolate
Directions
Melt the butter in a small, heavy saucepan, over low
heat.
Stirring constantly, add the chopped pecans.
Cook until golden brown.
Remove from heat.
Add the chocolate immediately and stir until the
chocolate is melted and smooth.
Serve warm over ice crem.
Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
For low carb dessert, use low carb chocolate and spoon over low carb ice cream.
