DESSERT TOPPINGS
ICE CREAM TOPPER - CHOCOLATE CRACKLE SAUCE
Spoon it over ice cream and it hardens.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons - 1 bar -butter
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 4 ounces grated chocolate

    Directions

    Melt the butter in a small, heavy saucepan, over low heat.
  • Stirring constantly, add the chopped pecans.
  • Cook until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the chocolate immediately and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Serve warm over ice crem.
  • Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

    For low carb dessert, use low carb chocolate and spoon over low carb ice cream.
