Certified Wedding Cinematographer

• Provide detailed information on at least ten weddings that you have personally completed in the last 24 months. All information will be evaluate and the brides will be called to confirm your information. As part of the process of confirmation, we may call from one to all vendors you worked with on that event.  Brides and Vendors will be asked as many as 20+ questions in regards to your service ranging including Customer Service, Easy to work with, How well you play with others (fellow vendors), Returning emails, phone calls etc, Did you deliver what was promised, were the videos delivered when promised, attention to detail, dressed appropriately, When questioning fellow vendors we will ask some of the same questions as well as consistency. This is just a sampling of the questions.
• Two years of experience or more.
• Be a member in Good Standing of BAOA
• You must agree to place and keep the logo with link on your website for verification purposes.
• Have a valid Business License for the business in the county/city of service
• Carry and provide proof of at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance

This is a 3-step process

Step I – Complete the application process and pay the one-time evaluation fee of $295Step II – Our staff will evaluate all references and your list of weddings.Step III – Receive your Certification

Certification is not guaranteed, but you should be able to gauge your ability to pass before applying. The evaluation fee of $295 is non-refundable because you are paying for the process. The destination can not be bought, It must be earned!

Certification can take 8 to 12 weeks to complete. Fast-track service is available for a fee of $200 in addition to the service fee of $295. Fast track can take from 2 to 4 weeks. 

It is recommended that you contact your clients in advance and get their blessing to be called.
